Camp plan

Aim: Staff/Planner camping (Area 1), near the Planner Cabin — power nearby, close to stages + your crew. Skew to the north/east edge to dodge kidsville's early-morning sound, or tuck into a shady tree pocket just off it. Quieter fallback: Area 2 by the RV grove.

Skip: the open meadow between the two "blues" (exposed, slated for art). No-camping zones: Redwood Cathedral, River Grove, Lodge Meadow, River Meadow, riverbed, flood plain.

ShiftPod etiquette (EA doc): shade is not unlimited — small footprint, pitch tight to neighbors, no gaps, no tarps between tents.

Dew is real. Rainfly + ground tarp; expect everything damp by morning. Nights ~50°F.

Power: your charged power bank is the plan. Shared outlets: Art Barn charging station (phones/lights, no approval needed) · Shannon Lodge exterior · cabin 9. Tent outlet = log it on the power sheet + your own 50–100ft outdoor cord + splitter. No A/C, no big-battery recharging on site.

Confirm the staff zone with cianna or Sasha when you roll in.

If something goes wrong

Medical → MARS at the Lodge or via any radio (confidential). Security → High Rock at gates / radio. Lost or stuck → the Lodge, Meadow side.

During early arrival (Wed–Thu): MARS lands Wed 1pm with light coverage until Thu 3pm — your first-aid kit and RN hands genuinely matter in that window.

Venue: Camp Navarro, 901 Masonite Industrial Rd, Navarro CA 95463 · nearest cell signal ~10 min drive toward Navarro town.
